Lowers your shifter knob to shorten shifter throw. Makes shifting clear and precise! No more wondering what gear you just shifted into before you release the clutch … ooops! Also eliminates dry rotted rubber insulator bushing(B).  Item does not include OEM shift mechanism, or shift knob (shown assembled in picture).
